Spinach with Sesame Sauce

For three to four people:

200 grams of spinach
1 tablespoon of Koi dashi stock
2 tablespoons of sesame paste
1 tablespoon of mirin (or white wine or rice vinegar substitute)
A pinch of sesame seeds
1) After the spinach is boiled, cut into 3cm pieces. Put into a small bow.
2) Into the bowl, mix together the dashi, sesame paste, and the mirin.
3) Arrange in your serving dish with the sesame seeds sprinkled on top.

Point) mirin can be reduced or left out if serving to small children.
