Marinated Tomatoes

9 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Usu-dashi (light dashi stock)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1) Wash, remove the stems, and place in boiling water for about 10 seconds.
2) Remove immediately and soak in cold water. Remove the skin.
3) Arrange the tomatoes in a bowl so that they do not bunch on top of each other.
4) After whisking together the Usu-dashi and olive oil, pour over cherry tomatoes.
5) Refrigerate for at least one hour before eating.
