Soy Milk Soup

For one people:

150 ml (0.63 cups~) of soy milk
2 tablespoons of light soup stock (concentrated Koi Dashi)
1) Pour soy milk into a pot, and when it is simmering, pour in your two tablespoons of dashi.
2) Serve the soup in a small bowl.
Point) We recommend garnishing the soup with some grated ginger for taste and a spark of good health
