Simmered sweet potato
What to prepare
1 sweet potato |
400ml water |
2 tablespoons koi dashi |
2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) |

2) Cut a slit in the center of the sweet potato so that the flavor can penetrate easily.

4) When it starts to simmer, lower the heat to low, cover with a drop-lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.

6) Turn off the heat and let it cool.
