Spring Cabbage with Salted Kelp

Preparations for 2 servings

Cabbage1/8th
Salted Kelp15g
Koi dashi 1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds1 tablespoon
1) Slice cabbage into chunky pieces
2) In a bowl, mix together the salted kelp, white sesame seeds, and koi dashi and then pour over the cabbage.
3) Let it sit for at least 10 minutes so that the flavors can marinate. Serve in your favorite bowl.
