挽きたて・打ちたて・湯がきたてが命の蕎麦。 尾張屋は、毎日挽きたての蕎麦粉を使って蕎麦を打ち、コシと香りを楽しんでいただけるよう、お客様のご注文をいただいてから湯がきます。 京都の名水でとったおだしは、利尻昆布の旨味を生かした淡さとまろやかさが特徴。名物・宝来そばをはじめ、尾張屋ならではのお蕎麦各種をぜひお楽しみください。

尾張屋の名物

  • Hourai Soba (cold)

    Soba with a set of 8 small toppings: shiitake mushrooms, shredded thin omelet, sesame seeds, shrimp tempura, wasabi, nori, Japanese leeks and grated daikon

  • Sobazushi

    Sushi of Soba (soba, omelet, shiitake mushrooms, boiled mitsuba and wasabi rolled and wrapped in nori), with dipping sauce

  • Rikyu Soba (hot)

    Kake Soba topped with Rikyu-fu, mitsuba and yuba, aromatized with yuzu peel
