February 3rd Setsubun hand cut soba

Setsubun is the day before the beginning of Spring in Japan.  The name literally means “seasonal division”, but usually the term refers to the Spring Setsubun, properly called celebrated yearly on February 3 as part of the Spring Festival (haru matsuri). On this day, we will be serving hand made and had cut soba (teuchi soba) at the main restaurant.  You can also view the process of rolling and cutting of soba.
